Living in the midwest is depressing. Apart from the lousy weather and stagnant job market, the billboards are just horrible. I long to see at least a hint of creativity as I drive down the bleak concrete path of I-69, not more “Premium landscaping” and “Hell is real” signs. I’ve decided to pursue advertising as a career, so that maybe we can all have fewer reasons to keep our eyes on the road.

My name is Harley Babbitt. As an advertising student at Indiana University, I like to spend my free time exploring Bloomington with my friends, watching 1980s horror movies, and (when my wallet allows) building Lego. I’m also trying to get back into reading, so let me know if you have any book recommendations. Or, if you like my work, consider checking out my resume!
